Library patrons can not transfer their ID cards or borrow books for other students, family members, and friends.

SCSU faculty may authorize another person to borrow material on their behalf by submitting a letter to the Access Services Division. This authorization will be valid for only one semester, with the option to renew another semester. The faculty member assumes all responsibility for any lost or damaged material.
