Paper Journal Retrieval Form

For Paper Titles held by SCSU that are out of the building due to the flood,
not for titles that the library does not own. For such titles use the ILL Form

Retrieval will be done periodically throughtout the day.
Please choose between picking up a paper copy in the Library or having
a scanned copy delivered to your email.

To request more than one title fill in the form and choose "request"then use the
"back" browser button and replace only the Journal citation information
