West's Education Law Digest

Like all digests, West's Education Law Digest acts as a subject index to case
law and is arranged by broad topic areas such as Constitutional Law, Public
Contracts, Release, and so on. Each topic is divided into subtopics using West's
"key" system. Each subtopic has a unique key number. Within each key number
or subtopic, pertinent cases are summarized and citations to the full opinions
are given. Most of the digested cases appear in full in the companion series,
West's Education Law Reporter. The Words and Phrases volume functions as an
index to the Digest. Volumes are updated by pocket parts.
West's Education Law Reporter

Full opinions of federal and state cases in the area of education law. Updated
by paper supplements until new bound volumes are published. Cases are arranged
chronologically. Each volume has a table of cases and key numbers. Most volumes
also contain "comments", articles about school law issues (e.g. "State Universities
and the Americans with Disability Acts" in v. 150) that review the current state
of the law and important cases.
