JUVENILE & OVERSIZE COLLECTIONS INFORMATION
Availability: Most of the Juvenile and Oversize collections, both fiction and non-fiction, will circulate for 28 days with the option to renew.

Fill out paging slips at the Circulation
or Reference Desks and submit these requests to either desk. Library patrons
can pickup books at the Circulation Desk. The books will be kept at Circulation
for 10 working days and will be returned to the
The following is an example of the Consuls catalog record. All Juvenile and Oversize books will say "Available" in the status field. The note field will indicate that the book is "OSC CLOSED STACKS" and you should request at the Circulation Desk.

Intralibrary Loans from the other CSU Libraries (Central, Eastern & Western): Some of the Oversize and Juvenile collections may still be unavailable. Library patrons will be informed if books weren’t found. If another CSU library (Central, Eastern, or Western) has the books you can request directly from Consuls. Books are normally received at Circulation from 3-5 working days.
Interlibrary Loans: Books and journal articles that are not found in any of the CSU libraries can be requested through Interlibrary Loans. Please remember that receipt of book or journal requests may take from 1 day up to 3 weeks. You can fill out a print ILL form from the Circulation Desk.

THESIS AND HONORS COLLECTIONS INFORMATION
Availability: Most theses, from 1996 to the current year, have been returned to Buley Library. Check the Consuls Catalog to see if the status field indicates "Available." These theses can be checked out for 28 days, with the option to renew. Below is an example of a thesis that can be checked out. Note that the status field says, "Available."

Location: Any available Honors and Masters’ theses are now shelved on the second floor of Buley Library. Go to end of the “Z” classification section, again the wall, for accessing this material.
Information: Any pre-1996 print theses will be listed as "In Repair" in Consuls and will not be available. Below is an example of a print thesis that isn’t available.

from 1955 to 1983. Our microfilm collection is housed in the old
